Dr Mandal explained the situation and provided reassurance for my elderly mother. He did not rush and took time to explain everything comprehensively. Even with the NHS being under so much pressure the experience was excellent.

I was operated on by Mr Mandal and his team on the 29th April. I was extremely impressed by the professional standards performed by himself and his team at all times. As I had a local sedation he communicated with me at all times as to how the operation was to be performed.I felt totally at ease at all times throughout the operation and knew I was in safe hands. I was very fortunate to be operated on that day by the very competent Mr Mandal and his team.

good polite doctor & on time , i understand the dangers of smoking but do not need being reminded of it all the time,could have listened a bit more about the constant pain i can be in and the difficultly i have walking around but being told to walk more can be a bit laughable when you are in pain., other than that will just have to wait to see what happens after CT scan.

Mr Mandal is a competent, positive approachable gentleman. He answered our questions clearly and honestly. This doctor was as well as very professional very human and took great care in explaining the operation. He regularly spoke to me throughout the procedure explaining what was happening and enquiring as to how I was doing. When there was a small haemorrhage when walking back to the ward he personally saw to my leg being re-dressed and explained my after care.
